Minissale's Wine Cellar Cafe (formerly Minissale's Italian American Restaurant) was established in 1978 and has been owned and operated by the Minissale family ever since. Our love for wine making and Sicilian cuisine drove us to share our passion for good Italian food and hospitality.The dishes prepared today are from Sicilian recipes past down from 3 generations.

Our parents, Philip and Agnes Minissale,who still have
an active role in the operation of the cafe, passed on their
strong family traditions and values to all of us.
The entire family, Philip, Agnes, Philip Jr., Lorraine,
Ted, Donna, Cindy, John and all their children,
John, Anthony, Maria, Philip, Ted, and Michelle have had
a part in the restaurant from the start.
We hope patrons visiting our restaurant feel welcome
and at home in our restaurant.
