It all started with our parent's, Phil and Agnes Minissale, over 30 years ago, when they first opened Minissale's Italian American Restaurant in Troy, NY.
A FamilyAffair
Our parents, who still have an active role in the operation of the cafe, passed on their strong family traditions and values to all of us. The entire family, Philip, Agnes, Philip Jr., Lorraine, Ted, Donna, Cindy, John and all their children, John, Anthony, Maria, Philip, Ted, and Michelle have had a part in the restaurant from the start.
The Future
In addition to the restaurant business, the Minissale Brothers, Phil and Ted, are embarking on a new venture to bring fine Sicilian Sauces and Spices to a grocer near you! If your grocer doesn't carry Minissale products, inquire "why not"?
